1. Identifying gaps within the machine learning service and building solutions for it
2. Continuous product development and improvements
   • User research: Interviewing relevant stakeholders, collaboration with Project owners. Identifying gaps, needs and opportunities of improvement 
   • UX ideation + implementation
   • User testing + continuous iteration

Tacit tasks

• Workshops to ensure alignment between domain experts
• Facilitating knowledge sharing between the different domain experts
• Probing all facets of the project to consider the decisions made and it’s impact on the end user; 
• Advocating for the user with the team
• Improving processes together within the team

• UX and UI skills
• Design Research
• Be proactive about identifying improvement
• Proactive with facilitating needed workshops 
• A curious lens and always asking questions
• Communicate and advocate for the user/use case, ensuring all decisions are holistic and meets a need
• English communication (the team is international)
